Rachel Wammack Goes Live On Instagram

Rachel Wammack

Rachel Wammack has joined the trend of having her own weekly Instagram Live showcase! Joined by Travis Dykes on bass, Rachel performed some covers and originals, some unreleased. She brilliantly covered Otis Redding’s “Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay”, Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy”, and Kari Jobe’s “The Blessing”.

For her unreleased songs, she introduced to us a track she’s been working on called “Better”. She also played a few songs she played when she opened for Brett Young while they were on tour together, like her song “Reminders”, about trying to get over someone when everything reminds you of them. Some of her songs were inspired by her husband Noah, including shared songs “What He Does” and “Anywhere”. She also had lots of requests for her songs that have been released and are available for streaming, “Damage” and “Something People Say”.

During the livestream, she introduced the audience to her new puppy Kenai! What a cutie! For more puppy pictures (and to see all of her weekly live shows, of course), follow her on Instagram and tune in Thursdays at 4 PM Central and stream her most recent EP below. And subscribe to Travis Dykes on YouTube as well!
