Chris Janson dropped his latest album The Outlaw Side Of Me June 16. Chris Janson is determined to show off every facet of who he is as a person with The Outlaw Side Of Me. “From the minute I started this album, ’til the minute we finished, I enjoyed every second. This album encompasses all sides of me! The lover, the party guy, the conservationist, the family man and of course, the rowdy side,” Chris says of his latest album.

“All I Need Is You” was the first single released from The Outlaw Side Of Me. “All I Need Is You” is slowly storming up the charts, approaching the top 20 in country charts. “It’s my favorite song I’ve ever recorded and released. It’s 100%, totally, about my wife, Kelly, as you can probably imagine,” Chris says of this single. Chris sings about how much wife Kelly contributes to and improves every corner of his life.

When that sun goes down
At the end of the day
There’s just one thing I can’t lose
If you’re by my side
I’m better than alright
Baby, all I need is you

Other songs guaranteed to be hits include “Rowdy Gentle Man”. “Rowdy Gentle Man” is an Elvis-inspired banger about what kind of guy country girls want. That throwback style keeps truckin on with “Honkytonk Minute”. Don’t forget the titular track, “The Outlaw Side Of Me”! This track has him singing about not caring about what other people think of him.

There’s massive star power behind The Outlaw Side Of Me. Chris has help from both Brantley Gilbert and Darius Rucker on “Hank The Hell Out Of The Honky Tonk” and “Every Day Of The Week”, respectively. But it’s the track “21 Forever” that packs the biggest surprise. Chris garnered the help of Dolly Parton and Slash for this one. It’s a sentimental track about the necessity of growing up. “Dolly and Slash– it doesn’t get any bigger than that! I’m incredibly humbled and grateful for these two,” Chris says of their trio.

“I love the songs, the imaging and had a good time making the music,” reflects Chris. “I hope you all enjoy The Outlaw Side of Me – my favorite album, to date.” Stream The Outlaw Side Of Me below. Follow Chris Janson on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
