As summer winds down, Kenny Chesney and Old Dominion have teamed up with the ultimate friendship and party anthem “Beer With My Friends”. The partnership premiered the song at Gillette Stadium, as Old Dominion has supported Kenny Chesney on his Here And Now 2022 tour along with Dan + Shay and Carly Pearce. Kenny shared his excitement on teaming up with Old Dominion on the song. “Matt (Ramsey) and Brad (Tursi) have been singing ‘Save It for a Rainy Day’ with me on all these tours, and that’s always – every single night – one of the highlights of the show for me. You can feel the energy, so I started thinking we better catch that while we can,” he says.
“Beer With My Friends” features one of the catchiest choruses seen in a while. Hard rock guitars and heart-beating drums accentuate the sound. The rhythm is easy to go along with and will definitely have listeners dancing and singing along with it. Their harmonies mesh very well together; listeners can feel the chemistry through the speakers.
