Congratulations are in order for singer-songwriter Tyler Braden on his recent wedding. He married his girlfriend of over five years Marisa Taylor in Joshua Tree, California. The former firefighter matched with the photographer on Tinder. They had their first date at the Burger Republic in Nolensville, TN, and love blossomed from there!
“We went on one trip to Joshua Tree and loved it so much we knew we wanted our wedding there,” Tyler said about why they chose to hold the ceremony there. He continued, “There is something magical about being around all of those old trees.”
“It was so exciting to have our closest friends out in the desert with us to share in our special day,” said Marisa. “We are also excited to officially start our little family,” she continued. It was an enchanting celebration before Tyler heads off to tour with Brooks & Dunn this summer.
Tyler Braden has had an interesting ride to stardom. He’s originally from a town called Slapout, Alabama. He served as a firefighter in Montgomery, AL, playing music on the side. A chance gig in Nashville changed his course. Now, he’s representing Tennessee in the American Song Contest and, as of now, in the semi-finals. We’re rooting for you, Tyler!
